Niecy did my first wax and she made the experience as comfortable as possible, she was quick and efficient. She was also sensitive and empathetic which is comforting for this kind of service. The atmosphere was pleasant as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment with Niecy and showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early. Went to go inside and the lights were off and door was locked. Waited until my appointment time and tried calling the salon and got no answer. Tried texting the number from the salon voice-mail and got no reply. Waited for 20 minutes after my appointment time with multiple other attempts to call/text and nothing. It's been a week and I still haven't heard from Niecy. Real professional ?

Update: I hate writing this review because she really is the best at what she does. But last Saturday, for the second time, shop was closed when I arrived on time. The first time I was able to reach her and she showed up 15 minutes late for the appointment. Again last week, she wasn't there, no message. I waited ten minutes and then left. I texted her again and said that I should not be billed, but she manually put a charge through for a no show for $60. Very unprofessional to a regular 25% tipper.

Great experience with Niecy. As comfortable as possible. She's great and the salon in spotless.

Niecy was awesome. I was amazed, honored, and blessed by the whole experience. It was quick, easy and painless. She is gentle with you and at the same time that hair is going to be gone. I even did a little dance when I was done. Oh whatever she rubs on you at the end once you are done has you feeling so silky smooth. I will be back. Peace and Blessing to you my love. Niecy is great. She's incredibly friendly and hospitable. I felt totally at ease with her right off the bat. I have used many estheticians over the years and had many many waxes done and she by far is one of the best I've ever used. She's also quick, which those of you that have ever been waxed know is incredibly wonderful because it means less pain! This was probably my least painful wax ever. I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.
