My first time going was 12/02/2024 and I had a great experience. Lexi made my experience easy,comfortable and she was very fast! She also educated me on sugar waxing and regular waxing as well. I had to bring my girls with me and didn't know it was a no kid policy, she told me that when I got there. Also I had trouble getting into the building. They should tell you to go to the 2nd floor of the building to get inside. I was trying to get into the building on the first floor.

CHELSIE is the absolute best at what she do!!! I was scheduled for the Brazilian sugar wax, but since it had been awhile since I've been waxed it was extra hairy down there, so she advised me to get the regular wax and she also give me the sugar wax experiment as well. The cool sensation was amazing. I really liked her work she did her big one at getting ? smooth like a baby's bottom ? I most definitely would be returning just for her!!!!

This was my FIRST TIME EVER!!! I was not prepared for what was to come. Truth is I just wasn’t prepared! But Chelsie did an amazing job even though I was a bit difficult. She walked me through after care and assured me it gets better! Haha I will be definitely be going back to Chelsie

As a first time client, one important thing for me was choosing an alternative that is natural.
After doing some research, I almost gave up and decided to try later.. Once I began to look up again Hello Sugar popped up. They had an amazing offer I didn’t want to let pass. They have a locked in membership fee for only $7, which you can cancel or freeze at anytime, that’s a win for me.
I was truthfully shy about the whole thing.. but the aesthetician who took care of me was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
I know I’m coming back again! Loved it!

As a franchisor, the communication used is horrible. I arrived at 3:45pm and followed the map, I proceeded to enter Ovation Salon Suites and it was locked which made me think I was at the wrong location. I called the number and chose the option that I was lost and of course no one answered. I went around to the other side of the building only to see that there was no way to enter Ovation Salon Suites, during this time someone called me back and directed me to the back again and I told her it was locked. It took me 10 minutes to get in the building and when I asked to go to the restroom, the provider told me that she was on a time limit and I could reschedule! By this time, I was severely agitated because of the time it took me to find this place in 108 degree weather. There was no way I was going to cancel because it took me 35 minutes to get to the place and an additional 10 minutes to get into the building. I felt bad for the employee because clearly she isn’t an owner operator and is only doing her job. I will never come back to this place because of the communication and back to back appointments that won’t allow time to go to the bathroom.

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had with any sort of waxing and sugaring. Celeste was super sweet and made sure I was aware of everything before she started my session. The price is also unmatched compared to a lot of other places! I highly recommend coming to this place. Thank you so much, Celeste!!!!!!
