I went to Matilda for a full leg and Brazilian wax and it was amazing!! Waxes are usually so painful for me but Matilda had a really gentle touch, she really knows what she’s doing and she made it basically painless. She was very thorough and I am so so pleased with how it turned out! She’s lovely to chat with and the waxing space is super comfy. Definitely recommend going to her for your waxing needs!!

Matilda is a true gem!

In the past, I dreaded getting waxed because of my sensitive and reactive skin and was always unsatisfied with what felt like an incomplete job where I was left with bumps, stray hairs, and ingrowns galore, even after trying multiple places and going between both chain and independent businesses. Not the case anymore!

Matilda has an exceptionally gentle hand and is as thorough as they come. The moments of acute dread before a strip pull followed by stingy pain are a thing of the past for me now, all thanks to her. I can't even identify the moments of larger pulls the same way anymore; that's just how gentle she is. Waxing can be so vulnerable, but from the first visit, she put me at ease with her friendly demeanor and reassuring energy. The time flies by while I yap away at her and before I know it, it's done, and I'm left with smooth, supple skin.

I get the Brazilian and vajacial combination along with my upper lip wax, and since I've been going to her the past few months, my skin in my pubic area is clearer and softer overall, and my lip doesn't get bumps the same way it did in the past post-wax.

I now look forward to getting waxed, and what was once a dreaded chore has become a delightful ritual. Thank you Matilda for transforming the waxing experience for the better!

Matilda makes getting a wax an amazing experience - she always runs on schedule, gets you in and out quick, and does a great job minimizing pain and distracting me with amazing conversation so the wax flies by. When I have extra time on my hands, I love getting some of the extra treatments like the Vajacial. She always provides water and snacks and has given me samples of different products to help exfoliate and keep my skin healthy. Love her 🙂
