Wish I could give a 0 star review! My daughter was supposed to have a lash lift and tint here yesterday to treat herself for working hard this summer. When Alyssa was finished, only my daughters left lashes looked lifted, and she still had tint all over her eyelids and lashes. The right eyelashes were still straight and all wonky. She went back inside and Alyssa was already working on someone else (yikes!), so the front desk lady (Kim I think?) helped my daughter remove the rest of the tint, and called the owner/manager to see what should be done. While she (Kim) was on the phone with the manager, Alyssa told my daughter that the lifting lotion she used was EXPIRED.
WHY in the world would a lash tech think it’s ok to use expired solution, and why does a National lash studio keep expired product on their shelf Totally unacceptable.

Please reconsider getting your lashes done here. Luckily my daughter was refunded her money, but now her lashes are ruined before vacation. Two big fat thumbs down for this place.

I have never gotten lash extensions before so I was a little nervous when I scheduled the appointment. Day of the appointment I was taken care of by Allie and she did a beyond amazing job! She understood that I didn't want anything with too much volume and that I wanted a more cateye look. She knocked it out of the park and made me feel so comfortable while she worked!
