I've been coming here since 2021 when my local waxing place closed for good. I've been waxed by different aestheticians here and have had only positive experiences. The sessions were not painful. I've also had facials at their Church St location, and they do a wonderful job too!

The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. Booking and payment was easy and the pricing is inexpensive for the service you receive. The location is clean and welcoming I felt safe with all of the COVID guidelines set in place. Michelle is someone everyone should see! Her kindness and knowledge made me feel at ease and beautiful. Hayley and Espi are absolute dolls. Haven’t met a technician I didn’t genuinely like and haven’t had a bad wax from any of them. They are consistent, clean, kind and genuine. Love coming here, I always know I will be satisfied with the service.

I see Michelle at this location and Christine at their Mission location for my bikini waxes. It can be difficult to find anyone that is skilled, and comfortable, navigating genital piercings but these 2 ladies do a great job ensuring my VCH piercing doesn't get ripped off with the hair being removed. Booking is easy and the facilities are always clean. There's a discount if you pay cash and another if you re-book within 5 weeks. If you'd like, they will also email you a reminder to book about 2 weeks before due. Highly, HIGHLY recommend going here for your brows or any kind of hair removal you're looking for.

My first was a breeze with La Tira! Friendly and informative staff who clearly know what they are doing and are there to make you comfortable. They also offer great deals if you go back within 5 weeks of your original wax - saves you a little off your next! I would highly recommend to those looking for a new waxing place.

Came here for my first Brazilian and had the best experience. Super nice and informative. I just came again for my second and the person wasn’t as nice. Not talkative and slightly rude. I’ll ask before booking who will be doing my services from now on. Other than that, great place and near muni.
