I’ve been to Sabrina a few times and have always had wonderful service. She’s a very sweet and down to earth person and does great work. However, I arrived 7 minutes late to my 4:45 appointment, due to a broken down vehicle backing up traffic and blocking the entrance to the building…and by 4:51 (6min late) I had received a text that she had already marked me as a “no show.” When I walked in at 4:52, I spoke with the receptionist and was told that after being marked a “no show” you can reschedule your appointment but aren’t able to keep your existing and that my card appeared to have a lock on it, so it wasn’t able to charge the cancellation fee.
So I was marked a “no show” after 6 minutes of being late, due to the entrance of the parking lot being blocked (which I explained to the receptionist) and would have been charged a $30 cancellation fee, if it wasn’t for the fact that my bank blocks unauthorized card charges. Also, the cancellation policy on the site says that if you’re late, you can be seen the same day without penalty.
Other than this experience, I haven’t had any negative experiences with Sabrina or her business and would definitely still recommend smooth as butter for waxing services:)

I go here for waxing and facials! Both services are very affordable. Often when I get facials, my skin ends up breaking out but they use high quality products and the dermaplaning left my skin so shiny and clear!

Sabrina is literally a wax goddess and I mean that with no exaggeration. On my last service I received a full leg, Brazilian w/stomach strip, and armpit. Ladies and gents…30MIN. I didn’t appreciate her speed until I had to go to someone else and they took an hour on my leg by itself. I’m not telling you that you’ll be done in the same time frame, but I will say with this wax goddess IT IS POSSIBLE. Any of my services I have experienced with her has been great. I will recommend her to anyone.

got my first wax done here, Brazilian and my cheeks done. i was definitely nervous but Jessica was absolutely amazing!! i would definitely recommend coming here to get any waxing service done. she held a conversation the entire time which definitely helped keep my mind off getting the actual wax. 10/10 service 10/10 waxed 10/10 Jessica ? thank you!!

Sabrina is amazing. If you don't go see her for your wax service, you are missing out. I can't say enough nice things about her. I was scheduled for 45 minute appointment, my entire service was maybe 20 minutes. I left smooth as butter from the waist down. Thank you again. If I ever need a wax service again, I know who to call... you should call today to make your own appointment.
