They say first impressions are everything and I have to agree. This was my first wax and to my surprise I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Greeted with a smile at the door and got better from there, she took her time explaining and educating me on the process before we got started, I was a lil confused, lol. The facility was beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming. Treatment I can get use to. Definitely check her out for your hair removal needs!

Louise is amazing! She provides excellent customer service from the moment you walk in until you leave. She ensures that your experience is extremely welcoming and comforting, yet efficient and peaceful. I have been a client of hers for over 4 years and don’t see myself going anywhere else. My hair growth is usually very thick and full and grows back fast however it isn’t anymore! My 4 weeks have turned into 5 and now 6 and will continue to be longer since I’m so consistent in my sugaring! Louise takes pride in her work and is an absolute professional, as a God fearing woman you can definitely see her work is Heaven sent and God is working through her! I recommend to all woman with all hair types definitely 10/10 I will never switch up the best sugaring I’ve ever had although trying so much in the past I’ve definitely found the one.

My experience was amazing! I’ve been waxing for years and never experienced a time like this one. She sat with me before my first appointment and educated me about the skin and things to do to have healthy skin with the least amount of ingrown hairs. The education portion of the appointment made me realize that this is something she’s actually passionate about! Louise is amazing ! I’ve experienced sugar waxing about 2 years ago & haven’t found someone I see myself going back to. After my first session with Louise I can say I have definitely found a place I will stick with! From the moment I walked in she was very kind, took her time, & explained everything thoroughly.
