Amanda was very nice! She was quick and made sure greet me with kindness! There were some hairs left behind (chin) but this was my first time sugaring after waxing for years. I also would have loved to be told where she was going next with the sugar to prepare for the pressure. All in all a great service and I will be back!

recently visited Heather for a waxing session, and I appreciated her professionalism and friendliness. During the appointment, she informed me that a small area of my skin had been damaged and even showed me the spot, so I was aware. At the time, I didn’t realize how painful it would become later in the day. While I admire her transparency and skill, I would suggest a bit more caution to prevent skin issues in the future. Overall, Heather was attentive, but it’s important to ensure gentleness to avoid similar experiences.

Just had my first ever Brazilian wax here, and it went incredibly well! The aesthetician I met with, Heather, made the initially nerve wracking experience much more comfortable than I could’ve ever anticipated. She showed great expertise and was very welcoming. I went on to start a membership to continue the service with her every 4 weeks!

There really should be an option for no stars!! This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life! I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for 10:30AM. I arrived on time and checked in at the kiosk as instructed before having a seat in the waiting room. After waiting for 15 minutes, I called the receptionist to inquire about the status of my appointment and she assured me that my aesthetician, Keja, was running behind and with a client and would assist me shortly. Around 10:50, Keja comes to the waiting room and has the audacity to tell me that she is unable to continue with my appointment because I checked in late (which I did not). And to add insult to injury she then says she's unable to refund my deposit because it requires her manager who conveniently is unavailable at the moment. I wasted about an hour of my life between travel and waiting, for absolutely NOTHING! I will never ever recommend this business to anyone especially if this is how they do business.

This was a refreshing experience today. I had a really horrible experience earlier this year which made me stop getting waxed until today. Heather is AWESOME!!! Pleasant, professional, fast, and excellent results!!!!! Don’t pass this post without booking an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I booked a last minute appointment as a first time client with Amanda and was pleased to receive the $20 Brazilian offer! Amanda was super informative and asked appropriate questions to create the best personalized experience. Just note that there might be a first time $7 fee for joining the monthly memberships
