I’m sorry, but Sugaring NYC Birmingham was an overall horrible experience. This was my first time ever sugaring, and man was it PAINFUL. I couldn’t stop flinching every time this was ripped from my skin. I’ve done normal waxing, and it was never this painful. Not to mention, I STILL have hair where it was sugared. It feels like I just shaved, not even 24 hours after. Not a good experience.

After consistently waxing for over a year, sugaring was a change for me. For my 1st time I thought the service was great. The facility is so cute. Unfortunately, only one person was working during my appointment and I had to wait about 10 min for her to finish with the appointment before me, and therefore I was not greeted when I arrived. However, I didn’t mind waiting. When she came out she was very apologetic. Once I entered the room I told her this was my first time and she immediately began to explain the difference between waxing and sugaring and I appreciated that. Melinda was very personable and she made me feel very welcomed and calm. The actual sugaring wasn’t as painful as I thought. My skin was much smoother after sugaring than I have ever been waxing! Overall I enjoyed my service and would very likely return.

My second time now going to Suagring NYC Birmingham,MI and i had Ms.Melinda this time and the service was amazing and painless for me. The moment I walked in I was greeted and also they had a beautiful waiting area. This is a great place to get sugar waxed and more!!

Yalllll it is so pretty and clean in here ! I had Kelli as my sugarista and she was the sweetest person ever!! She was patient and extremely down to earth! I got a Brazilian and my underarms done for the first time and talking to her the whole time made it almost painless !! I'm so happy to have had her as my esthetician for my first Brazilian experience. I definitely recommend them everyone was sweet and if you love pink you'll love it here !?

Tried SugaringNYC in Birmingham for the first time and was SO pleased! This was my first “wax” during my pregnancy and Kelli made sure I was comfortable and took any necessary precautions. She was so kind, wonderful and down to earth to talk to; not to mention SUPER thorough with removing the hair and that’s one of my biggest qualities I look for. Will definitely be back!!

Amazing! I have tried many different hair removal options and I used to religiously get traditionally waxed but after sugar waxing I will never go back! Grace is does an excellent job and is so personable. I find this far less painful than traditional waxing and the results are fabulous!
