I got my first wax here a couple days ago and it was such a great experience! I saw Nikki who was so sweet and amazing. She instantly made me feel so comfortable despite how nervous I was. She explained every part of the process so I knew I was in good hands, and the whole process was so quick and efficient, and hardly painful at all! I'll definitely be coming back next time!!

Fantastic place & service! It's my go-to place for all waxing requirements in Melbourne. The service is fabulous and the overall waxing process is neat, smooth and efficiently done in less time. I have had my appointments with Jessie and Raquel (so far). They're both such amazing girls, clearly knowing what they're doing! They made sure I was comfortable and felt less pain. I definitely recommend zip zip wax when you need a waxing job done WELL!

I live regionally and love that I can always get in with a last minute booking or the option of a walk in.
I don’t get to go that frequently but always very happy when I do.
On my last visit it was suddenly warm weather and I was one of many walk ins.
I was treated with utmost courtesy and respect, and I was seen much quicker than expected. I was also super lucky to see Nikki and we had a lovely chat. She gave me some great skin advice re retinol and waxing.
Always happy with the service here and will keep coming back on my random visits to Melbourne ?

10/10 recommend this phenomenal salon. For starters they have a jar of lollies at reception, so obviously - a great start. Every single time I’ve gone I’ve been absolutely delighted every single time I’ve gone. Super fast, easy, and I’ve never (in my 5 times having gone for a men’s wax) had any burns or problems - just a reliable comfortable atmosphere with great results every time
