It was my first time waxing ever and when I say I felt no pain absolutely none. The space is so girly and cozy super feminine. So quick with great results. Robin makes you feel so comfortable so welcoming talks you through it the entire time, first time meeting and I felt like this was one of my best friends she is the truth definition of black girl magic and girl power. Robin was amaaaaaazing! Beautiful soul, excellent customer service, respectful, polite and a ton of other great qualities. You definitely get your money’s worth, she’s experienced and knowledgeable. Huge plus for me is the wax is vegan and her breathing technique makes it damn near pain free. She hooked my Brazilian up and I’m already booked for my next appointment. I had my first ever waxing today from Robin, and it was a great experience! It was not that painful at all! Everything about this business is amazing but Robin is truly a gem. I’ve never felt so comfortable with someone while in such a vulnerable position. Her space is clean, calm and welcoming. She’s pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and funny. Also my wax was perfect and I also purchased products from her and not 1 ingrown attacked me.
