Cristina was amazing at making me feel comfortable at all stages of the waxing process; from booking the appointment, having a cozy suite space, & during the waxing session when she thoroughly explained the process/aftercare/upkeep. Cristina truly is the waxing expert! I used to go months in between waxes and they would be painful. Cristina would always recommend to come every four weeks. I absolutely LOVE LOVE this girl!! I’ve been going to Cristina for over about 7 years and have followed her all over San Jose!!! Hahaha… she’s great overall. Humble, professional, great communications and very punctual. When she has new products always provides information before hand to make sure her clients are well aware. Suite is always nice and sanitized after each client. I enjoy our monthly visits when we get to catch up on each other’s life.
