I scheduled my second session which supposed to be free, planned to enroll for package. When I was on the table laying down naked the waxing technician was insisting I have to pay for the second session. Entire discussion took 10 minutes with me down unclothed freezing, totally humiliating. I just left. I do not recommend this unprofessional service.

Reply to business reply: none of what happened is a customer’s, my fault. I was not “Radiant wax” customer, the offer was purchased, not communicated properly from business side, I have never had such a terrible experience.

Jocelyn was absolutely amazing made me feel so comfortable and was accommodating (I'm very pregnant and couldn't do certain positions) we had some nice conversation and the quality of work she did on me was 10/10 . I was also able to book a last minute appointment which I appreciated. The services I had done : Brazilian, underarms, full legs
