Ich habe super kurzfristig (online) einen Termin bekommen und durfte die Uhrzeit sogar nochmal anpassen. Die Damen aus dem Nagelstudio antworten sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Vorort verlief ebenso alles super und ich denke das Bild spricht für sich :).
Sie hatten eine große Farbauswahl und haben perfektionistisch gearbeitet.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann das Studio weiterempfehlen.

I lived in Rome for a year and had to change nail salon each month because I couldn’t find the quality I was looking for, until I found them!
Very professional, clean and they take their time. I feel like there isn’t a nail art that they can’t do, I am very precise in what I want and I don’t like simple nails, yet they never disappointed me.
Love them ?

LADRE; mi hanno fatto pagare 75€ per un french , di punto in bianco quando me lo hanno sempre fatto pagare 55 da loro . L ultima volta un mese fa 55€.
La tipa (ragazza nuova) non ha neanche applicato il gel vero e proprio ma una specie di smalto . Non é la prima volta che succede e non essendo il gel vero le unghie ti si spezzano dopo 2 settimane (uno schifo che per 75€ addirittura ti si spezzino le unghie )
.OCCHIO perche ti aumentano i prezzi con scuse banali, GUARDATE sempre i prezzi sulla loro pagina Instagram prima di andare perche sennò finiscono per avere ragione loro.( Modificano le storie e ti aumentano i prezzi alla sprovvista , ti dicono che siccome le avevi fatte altrove devi pagare la rimozione,É una CAZZAT*A perche l altra volta anche mi avete fatto la rimozione gel e le avevo fatte altrove .
Il problema é che questa volta c era una ragazza nuova ALLEATA con la tipa della cassa ..e mi hanno fregato! Per carità alcune delle ragazze sono brave , ma attente a chi vi fa il servizio..
Insomma Mi sono stufata di essere presa in giro, continua a prendere in giro i turisti .
siete fortunate semplicemente perche vi trovate a roma , via urbana e vi cascano i turisti dentro! Allego foto del costosissimo french da 75 € .

I came here to do my nails. I messaged on Instagram and asked if the designs I wanted were possible and was told yes. I provided a few options so they could pick which ones they were able to do. I was told they were all doable so chose the design I liked best and confirmed if it was possible.
I arrived and started with removing my previous design but then was told by the nail tech, they don't have the exact colour. Which was fine. But then she told me they basically had nothing to recreate the design and asked me what I'd like to use as a replacement. I was pretty shocked and frustrated at that point as I'd sent pictures beforehand and don't understand why they said they could do it when they couldn't.
In the end I wasn't happy with what I got and it was too late to change as I had limited time.
I would have appreciated if they'd just told me that design wasn't possible at the start when I messaged instead of informing me during the process as the other designs were a different shape so it wasn't possible to change to them.
You can see below what I asked for and what I received it's quite disappointing...
Other than that the interior is nice and the shop is in a good location.

WORST experience ever. The girl clearly didnt know how to do extensions, took her 4 hours and did it in a really rough way. They won’t even make me a discount after that terrible experience. It’s a tourist trap.

Amazing, I went there the first time in via orologio, and the customer service was amazing, so sweet, and today also, I got my extension and mani i got exactly the same i want this place is one of the good place....
