Disappointing.
Despite having an appt confirmed by text, she double booked.
I was not able to get in and it was a bummer with the effort & drive time during a work day.
I can understand if a mix up but no effort made after. No follow up text to make it right.

Lisa does an amazing job with my wax and tint. Ive been seeing her for almost five years. When I moved here, I had the hardest time finding someone local as good as I was used to.
