I was really looking forward to trying this place. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday to a self care day starting with a wax. However, when I arrived, I had trouble getting in due to the door being locked, and I kept dialing the suite, but nobody would answer. I tried to call, but they only handle their customer service through text. When I hung up, it automatically texted me and I let them know that I cannot get in. At that point, they told me that they would reach out to my aesthetician and have her come and get me. Then they texted me saying that she was running 5 to 10 minutes behind. My appointment was at 8 AM. I received the text about her running 5 to 10 minutes behind at 8:09 AM. I texted them back and said I may need to reschedule if that’s the case because I can’t afford an extra 10 minutes. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I told them no it was a bad first impression. At that time, they let me know that the aesthetician was stuck in traffic and that’s why she was late. This made me even more frustrated because if I was late, my appointment would have been canceled and I would’ve been charged a no-show fee. Instead of taking accountability, they told me that customers actually have a 10 minute grace period. That’s great but we were far over 10 minutes so what I said stands. Then they tried to say that she was just about to get there. However, I drove out of the parking lot at 8:18 and she was just walking up to the building. I’m not sure what the gaslighting was about but had they just took some accountability when I expressed my frustration, maybe I would have rescheduled. The promo was a $20 wax so they didn’t lose out on much money, but they did lose out on a consistent customer who is new to the city and was really looking for a new place to get her waxes. They also lost out on any potential customers that I meet because I am definitely telling my friends not to go there unless they have time to waste.

The place was clean and cozy! My esthetician Kiah was great, she was very relatable, and outgoing! She makes you feel at ease, which is is really good for some shy first timers!

I have been a customer for over a year now and loved the services until about April. I am strictly a sugaring customer since wax does not work for me. In my May and June appointments after expressing this, my esthetician did a combo of sugaring and wax both times. This left me unhappy with the service. I am reasonable, so in May I let it go and expressed that I did not want that in June. In June, I had Raven and she clearly was upset that I said this since I had her previously and did not remember. She then used wax for what she claimed to be “clean up”, which seemed to be instead her wanting to replace majority of sugaring with wax. I understand waxing is easier and faster than sugaring, but if I express that I do not want it then I should not have it. If the estheticians do not want to sugar, then they should not be available for times to sugar clients.
I once again tried to contact the store manager multiple times. I never received a phone call and thought whatever, let me try one more time (my mistake). I made an appointment and showed up on time only to be told they don’t have sugaring supplies and cannot do the service, but of course they can wax. I declined and left, to then be charged a no show fee. This was confusing since I showed up on time and was ready for my service. There was no surprise of service changes or anything, so I was honestly annoyed that I drove there to not get sugared. Again, I tried to contact the manager but nothing. I am hoping this bad review can get SOMETHING to happen, because I would no longer recommend this location.

Worst waxing experience EVER … Raven does a fast and horrible job. Arrived at 9:30 am and left by 9:40 am . I’ve never in my years of getting a Brazilian wax have I have received a 10 mins service . Lots lots of hair left . Very disappointed . Will not return !

I’m super mad. Made a 9am appointment two weeks ago because I’m leaving town and the aesthetician Charisma was a no show. This is my first time booking this salon and I will never be back

Very Unprofessional my appt was at 6 in which I booked days ahead, I arrived on time and checked in on time and was asked to wait an additional 15-20 min. I complied and then Skye wanted me to wait an additional 20 min because she had someone else. She should have been more professional and offered better customer service, but instead she was swatting at flies trying to get me to reschedule if I did not want to continue waiting. Setting the tone for your potential clients and good Vibes mean so much!!
