I went to Karah for my first Brazilian wax. I was super nervous!!! Karah put me at ease and made sure I was ok the whole time. Karah is super super sweet! She went over after care instructions in good detail. I also received a brow wax, lip wax, and lash tint. Everything was done perfectly and she was super attentive to details. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending my friends and family!

I recently came in to do a few waxing services and will be a returning customer for all future services! I am very selective with it comes to waxing and look for establishments that make me feel comfortable and provide the best services! The space is shared (the downstairs space) with a hair salon which is completely separate from the studio and the upstairs portion of the studio is very private, very clean, and very welcoming.

Karla provided the waxing services for me and did a phenomenal job for my Brazilian and brows. Throughout my appointment Karla made sure to ask consistently if everything was ok, if I felt fine, and after my wax was completed, she reiterated once again that is anything felt off or if there was any pain or discomfort to please let her know - they are very open to feedback.

I got my first wax with Maggie, and I was so nervous but she was so kind, courteous, and great at what she does! It was quick, and she walked me through the whole thing. I’ll be coming back every month! The wax was great for my sensitive skin, and the cloth they use left no residue! 10/10 highly recommend!!

This is the best place to get waxed in the whole state! I was so excited to finally come get my legs waxed and Milly the owner was amazing during my appointment, not only did she provide excellent customer service but her work is just unmatched , I was blown away by her expertise, she knows what she’s doing and I’ve been to several other places to get my legs waxed but nothing like her. She uses her own products including her wax which left my skin as smooth as a baby’s skin and the best part, NO PAIN! She also tinted my eyebrows which were non existent and now I look like I actually have eyebrows, she also cleaned them up nice and I’ve received so many compliments on how good they look! If you need any of her services, please do yourself a favor and come here, I swear you will come out feeling like a brand new person and want more!!

I came here right before my wedding. Booked direct, no Groupons. I was confused and went up and downstairs many times as she was running late and the staff didn’t know who I was waiting for. They cut hair upstairs and wax downstairs. The privacy is nice, I will say. I made it clear it was my first wax ever, and I was utterly horrified when my waxer said (at the time), that they’d been waxing for only nine months. This experience was so bad, I cried on the table from pain. I cried in the car. I had wax everywhere and had to throw away my panties because they didn’t get the wax off everywhere (I didn’t even wax the bikini area). It was so painful, the girl clearly had never worked with thick ethnic hair, and there was SO MUCH hair still left, half broken, or not removed at all. It took over an hour past the scheduled time and I felt bad and just tipped anyway. This experience definitely turned me off from this business but also waxing in general. Also, she was at least 10 minutes late to the appointment. This happened a year ago, and am just now remembering to post a review. The wax was also too hot. She did her best but I don’t recommend any women of color come here.
