My wife has been here twice now, the 1st time was great and she enjoyed it. The 2nd appointment she made is where things went south. She waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes after her appointment time. Service and quality are good, but having a customer wait for 45 minutes that has an appointment booked a month in advance, is not professional or acceptable. Just a heads up

I thought long and hard before leaving this review but as I sit at home with an ice pack, I will tell you this brows and tint YES; Brazilian waxing ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN. I was in tears on that table, after 3 failed attempts with the wax already on and the strip repeatedly being pulled in the same place I had to request that the young lady exchange herself for the owner. Which still hurt just as bad because the wax had to come off and the skin was already EXTREMELY IRRITATED AND TENDER. (Not to mention it’s still not completely smooth and hair free). I can definitely handle pain, but putting more wax on top of already irritated torn skin was enough for me to say I won’t be back. And before the owners come with a rebuttal and blaming me; let me state you all need to take accountability, because I’ve given this establishment more than enough changes to wax me each time giving the benefit of the doubt but after this time lesson learned that’s too much money to be thrown out only for you to blame the horrible experience on the customer. “CHANGE THE WAX” use a better brand for different skin textures and hair types, slow down and pay more attention to the client and the experience!

Today was my first visit I got my eyebrows treaded and cluster lashes . Yenifer was great and very nice I will definitely make this one of my Go to places. I love my lashes.

The most welcoming, friendly, helpful staff I have ever encountered. They do an amazing job, I never have to explain how to do my eyebrows she just follows the shape of my face/eyebrows. Anna is amazing! <3
