Dee & Suki are the BEST! They are true artists that take pride in their craft. Suki’s eye for eyebrows is chef’s kiss…and Dee’s facials & scalp massage are heaven sent✨. Their attention to detail is impeccable (from getting my eyebrow shaped perfectly for my facial structure, to the nice post-threading eyebrow massage, to their healing touch, to the music). Oh, and their space is a vibe too! 12/10 recommend. Definitely worth it!

I had an amazing facial by Dee—it was truly the best hour of my day and a perfect hangover remedy. She even included a delightful scalp massage that transported me to heaven. The ambiance of the place added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!

Found this place last minute and scheduled a walk-in. I had been avoiding threading my brows for about a year so that the ends has time to fill in. I don't like short brows and I'm not a fan of adding makeup to hide spaces. My brows had finally filled and and I was looking forward to getting them threaded again. I booked with a student threader due to time constraints. I regret it. She absolutely cut my right brow short. Another woman came over to provide the massage and added makeup to hide the spaces the student created. The student tried to tell me the brow was already like that but I verified via photograph I took earlier that day that it was not. I'm nit sure if I will be returning.

Beware.. They don’t have their prices listed. It’s definitely my fault because I shouldn’t have assumed their eyebrow threading was the normal $8- $12 dollars I normally pay. I was charged $35 for eye brow threading. I was in a rush and just left my hair salon so I walked over to the nearest eyebrow studio when I searched on google. The $35 included a “massage” that I didn’t need (I actually had gotten a facial and full body massage the day prior), fill in with eye brow powder/pencil that I definitely don’t need or typically ever do since my natural eyebrows are very dark and thick. I didn’t like it so I wiped it off in the car. I eventually asked the lady to stop the services because I was already behind on time. At checkout I was flabbergasted at the $35 price! She also mentioned “next time don’t come in a rush”. Trust me there won’t be a next time. It would have been nice if they had their service prices listed. When I asked for eyebrow threading services I had NO CLUE what I was in for or how much I would be “robbed” for. If you have 30 minutes to spare, in need of a brow massage, require fill ins and pencilling —— this is your place.

Dee is amazing! I have been other places that are $12 and they threaded my eyebrows too thin. I will never go to another place except by arch by suki! It is worth every penny. They measure your brows to ensure it’s all proportional. The massage after the threaded is complete is amazing. I highly recommend!!

This place is the epitome of luxury. Such an incredible price point for the value I get. Custom eyebrow shaping by eyebrow experts, cooling crystal eyebrow massage, amazing music, inspring conversations and its women owned . I always leave this place feeling so good.

Dee changed my life!!!

I have been coming to Arch for the last two years for eyebrow shaping, two weeks ago I decided to book a facial by Dee and my skin hasn’t been the same.

My skin was so dehydrated, had breakouts and discoloration, all and all I was very uncomfortable in my skin ( pun intended ) , the facial coupled with Dee’s advice to add toner, Vitamin C, vitamin E oil and sunscreen AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY, to my daily skin routine, has given my face a new life. Haven’t had any breakouts in a week, my skin is much brighter and way more hydrated. The facial itself was an amazing experience and I felt the instant change immediately after.

Besides this, I have been coming to this place in the last two years because the amount of attention Dee and Suki give their clients is unmatched. I have gone to a dozen threading spots in DFW but these ladies have left such an impression on me, regardless of the type of day I am having, they got me. They create a relaxing and attentive environment for their clients. No judgment. 12/10
