I had a terrible experience today! First, I requested a service for my full legs, arms, and bikini area. When I left, the technician asked me if I knew what sugar waxing was. Unfortunately, she said it can’t remove thin hair! (Okay, that’s fine, but why didn’t they tell me when I called to book the appointment?)

In the end, I only did my bikini area, and she was not professional at all. It was extremely painful, and she left half of my bikini area with hair. She apologized, saying she couldn’t remove it and suggested twisting it, but even that wasnt done.

If you accept the responsibility for providing a service, it’s your job to do it well!

This is one of the most horrible place I must have ever been to where the staff is no rude, mannerless and unwelcoming. They are 0 on customer service.
Id called to book an appointment- person who booked my appointment was pleasant. I showed up for appointment may be 3 mins late because of their expensive parking lot that charged 5$ for 2 hrs. After reaching I was told that the technician who was supposed to attend me was now with another customer. I was asked to wait for 15-20 mins. I was not addressed until 45 mins, when I go in person to check again regarding my turn. The first phrase the arrogant lady at the front asked without any apology or consideration, “so you want me to cancel the appointment?”
Like seriously after waiting for that long that is all you have to say?
It didn’t end there. As I argued to request for another option/ I was told, 1. Wait for about 30 mins for the same technician to see you ( original apt was at 2:30 pm, now she is giving me 4pm) 2. Cancel the appointment, 3. Or I can do it for you “really fast”
Like was I really there for more than an hour for this.
When asked if she is competent in that case I would have got the job done from her- she said “I don’t think so. Some say so.”

Most unprofessional salon I must have ever been to. If the owner is reading this- I’m very concerned for your business. If you get a chance review your cctv to know what your staff is doing.

I have to review this place... My god this women called me the day of my appointment to tell me that could no longer meet by appointment time and I would have to take a later time. The time available was 4:30. High traffic time from downtown LA to studio city. It took my 46 minutes to drive there. I called before I took and said I would be 10 minutes late. They said that would be fine. I arrive at about 4:36 and could not for the life I’d be get the parking meter to work properly. I arrive at the appointment 3 minutes after I said I would and they said I’m sorry we can no longer take you. !!!! I just said okay and walked out, I’m so glad I’ve learned patience in my life because a tech was sitting there in the lobby just relaxing on her phone. A 3 minute difference !!! After I get my second wax I will never come back to this place !!!

This place is great. The customer service is on point, it is clean and stylish and on top of that the prices make it affordable for anyone. They offer bundles, memberships, single purchases etc. I started coming here with a Groupon and have yet to find a place that can compare. Love this place!

Incredibly friendly aestheticians. Shana was pleasant and talked me through my first time sugaring. It was a painful process as I had never had any sort of waxing done before. She was as gentle as possible and went at a comfortable pace. I am very happy with the end result. The rooms are warm, clean and cozy. Everything looks sterilized, which I think is super important.
