I have been going to this place for years. Recently however their customer service has gone way down. The front staff is fake nice and they are very rude. They give you an option to tip but when you dont tip because you dont carry cash, they look at you ugly, however they dont give you another way to tip. They false advertise and say walk-ins available, I have always gone in for years as a walk-in but recently they denied me and insited i come back for an appt at 130 when i was there at 12. I have always been given the option to have a chance to choose a longer wait time or return. They dont give you an option to choose an esthetician so even if you had a bad experience with one in the past you have the chance to get them again. I used to rave about this place to everyone but in the past 2-3 yrs i have been back and forth on whether to stay or not and now that the manager has rudely emailed me to cancel my appt for sinply stating the truth about their rudeness and has refused to render service i have decided to go elsewhere because it is in MY best interest. So please dont go here..it may look good but looks can be decieving.

One of my fav waxing places in town. I usually go here to get my waxing done. But today I just went in to get some skin care products. Very nice spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are also very professional and know their jobs really well. I have been here numerous times and not once have I faced any problems with their services. They also some skin care products other stuffs you can purchase.
The place is sanitised and Masks are compulsory.

2 stars because the place was clean and staff was friendly. If you get waxed frequently and are looking for a quick wax, then this place is fine.
However, I do not recommend going here if you do not get waxed regularly or have never gotten a Brazilian before. The customer does not matter; time is money here. I audibly screamed and they didn’t even give me a minute to catch my breath because they want you out of there within 15 min. I wanted to walk out of there with the wax and strip still attached to my body because the strip they used was so large I couldn’t bear the pain. This place is a conveyor belt of Brazilian waxes and does not care about taking their time to make the customer more comfortable by waxing smaller sections. Most places I’ve been to have taken around 30-45 min to do a Brazilian and used around 15-20 small strips. At this place, you’re in and out of there in under 15 minutes and they split it up into about 6 massive strips. I’m never going back.

Got my first hydro facial & it was worth every penny! Erika was amazing she did a great job she talks just enough for you to relax but also makes it a good time! I came out glowing! The front desk was the sweetest & super professional they got all the good vibes there, I went in super stressed & came out l so relaxed. I hope they continued to have promos & specials on facials so I can get them more often?

Relaxing, friendly & very professional salon. Booked an appointment for the monthly special of a facial & spa treatment and wasn’t disappointed. Valerie was knowledgeable & soft spoken which made my experience extremely relaxing. Very pleasant atmosphere & extremely clean! Greeted warmly upon my entrance and was taken back to spa room immediately. The front area has lots of products, to continue your skincare at home as well as lots of gift items and other goodies. Would definitely recommend for a full spa experience.
