I usually love this place and appreciate the hard work and hospitality they provide to their clients. I’m not one to leave a bad review unless I feel something is truly unfair, which is unfortunately what happened today.

I signed up for their membership, which includes a coupon for a free waxing service that can be given to a new client. I wanted to use this coupon for my friend’s appointment today. However, when I went for my own appointment earlier this month, I didn’t receive an email or a physical coupon to pass along. On January 3rd, 2025, I asked the front desk staff how to use the coupon, and they told me I could simply call or email to let them know I wanted to use it for someone, and they would handle it on their end.

Following their instructions, I called yesterday and left a voicemail with my name, details, and the request to apply the coupon to my friend’s appointment, which she had already booked. I didn’t receive a callback or any communication indicating there was an issue. However, when my friend went for her appointment today, she was told she had to pay because she didn’t have a physical coupon.

Confused, I called the store again and explained the situation, hoping they could apply the coupon retroactively and refund my friend. Instead, I was told it was my fault for not providing a physical coupon—even though I was never given one and was previously told a call or email would suffice.

The team lead I spoke with was unhelpful and contradicted what I’d been told earlier. She claimed no one on her team would have said that a call or email was enough, despite this being exactly what I was instructed to do during my January 3rd visit. She also gave conflicting reasons for why I didn’t receive a coupon, first saying they ran out and later claiming they forgot to provide one.

I repeatedly asked them to honor the coupon and issue a refund to my friend, but the team lead insisted it was too late since the service was already completed. She told me they would give me the coupon at my next appointment—something I find unacceptable given the circumstances.

This experience felt very unfair, especially since the main reason I signed up for this membership was to gift my friend a free waxing service, as promised. I even recommended she opt for the hard wax, assuming the only cost would be the small upcharge for that service.

As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand that resolving issues can be challenging, but there was no effort to reach a reasonable solution here. I’m now considering canceling my membership altogether because this situation was handled so poorly.

I felt very welcome from the time I stepped in, throughout the service and upon leaving the facility. It was a pleasant surprise when I was acknowledged by my name by the receptionist who was really kind. Then I met up with Serena who was amazing and made the whole experience a pleasant one. She was professional yet warm and relatable. We talked throughout the service, made me feel so comfortable. I booked for the pregnant brazillian and was really impressed with the pregnant pillow set up that made the whole experience painless and just really comfortable. Customer service is really top par in this facility and I am glad I picked them.

Time for a visit to one of my favorite places Buff Wax spot. Had services from a technician Serena she was excellent made a person very comfortable, did an excellent job, will definitely be back when need any services or supplies.

The interior was pretty and the waxing technician did a great job. Unfortunately I will not be coming back as for Brazilians there is a policy of not going further down the thigh than a fingers width. This is something the technician explained after I noticed the leftover hair and called her back.

I understand needing to have some kind of a limit but that policy means you can end up with bikini side burns which is not a cute look!

Just had my first Brazilian wax in this location. I love how Kushboo made me feel comfortable all through out the session. Provide really good service. Very knowledgeable and she is so nice and as well as the reception. I will definitely come back here. Highly recommended.

The girls are professional and quick. The salon itself is cute, bright and very clean. The price list is reasonable. I've had 3 sessions now and all have been consistent and a great experience overall. Highly recommend this place!

Kushboo was amazing. Got my first Brazilian in almost a decade. She made me feel comfortable and was fast and efficient. I added on lower legs and armpits as well. Thank you Kushboo for the wax!
