I ended up having to go to urgent care 2 days after getting my pedicure from here because of not using clean/sterile utensils. Nail tech was rough on my cuticles, don’t recommend getting pedicures here. It’s very painful and have to take antibiotics for next 10 days.

Never in my life had I had such poor customer service. I was the only one waiting for a pedicure and manicure. There were people that were available to do it, but they were too busy trying on Halloween costumes. I was told I couldn’t get my nails done for an hour. Ridiculous. Obviously I will not be going back!

Work is nice. The nails last very long which I love. They are often very nice as well. My only complaint is the pricing is odd. They charge for a change of shape and gel polish. Most salons usually don't do that, just designs and repairs.

I got a pedicure here 4 weeks ago, it was the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten. The lady dug in my big toe in my cuticles. A week after, I ended up with an infection. I still have an infection in my big toe. I’m on antibiotics now and I have to see a podiatrist. It appears they nicked me and their tools were not sterilized. Now It’s hard to walk and my toe is severely infected. Sharing because I do not want someone else to get an infection from here.

Walkins, not very friendly. Drill happy for sure nicked my skin few times. Shape is not great and nail art is not close to picture. My daughters nails one hand perfect the other hand the nails are not evenly shaped and she was not even asked how she liked them. Just told to wash them. She also asked for coffin shape and was given square. I paid $95 for 2 fills which is freaking ridiculous. Over charged so stay away from this place. My nail art was so basic and she lacked at really trying to complete it.

Walked in without appointment. Was greeted immediately at reception. My own nails were a disgrace. I wasn't sure if they could do anything. Nail technician Nak gave me a full set of acrylics that are perfectly sculpted. They were so beautiful I changed my choice of a natural looking nail to a beautiful deep red gel. A customer seated beside me helped choose the color. Her Halloween costume is going to be the Queen of Hearts so she knew exactly the shade of red I wanted. After the gel was cured I was given a wonderful hand, finger, and wrist massage with a steaming towel wrap. I made sure to schedule my next pedicure and manicure with Nak before leaving. I don't think the prices can be beat in this area. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you Nak and Queen of Hearts.

I've tried a few places in Lebanon. I can't fathom spending my money to get my nails done anywhere else. Anna in particular has the same attention to detail that I do. She does such a great job and makes it worthwhile! I also love that they offer dip manicures!
