Jasmine is caring thoughtful and kind. She talked me through the whole process and motivated me along the way. This sugar wax process was my first time ever but Jasmine made it bearable quick and easy.
Lets talk about the end results though - OMG! Silky smooth not a strand of hair in sight and no stinging sensation. I am 100% going back to see Jasmine.

I do not usually review products or services but this service was certainly worth my time.

Jasmine was the best!!! So sweet and accommodating!!! She did a great job and helped me get through my Brazilian that was LONG overdue (GIRL!) haha so sweet and gentle throughout the process, really one of my best sugaring experiences! Even became a member because of her- I highly recommend coming here to get an affordable and more than pleasant experience for sugaring/waxing!

My technician was amazing and super sweet. I was apprehensive about getting waxed during my cycle (I'd never done that before), but the rep via text responded to assure me it was OK with proper hygiene protocol, and the in-person technician was extra chill about it too. Very professional and very welcoming. We laughed, I jumped and squirmed often because I was more sensitive than normal (they warned me beforehand). Lol Hopefully, I'll be back. The cost was up there. I'm used to a $35 Brazilian in Louisiana. But it was worth it. Maybe I'll get the monthly subscription. They're located near my church anyway, so the Aurora location was also a great plus!

The waxing experience was amazing, the esthetician Tiffany H. was friendly, helpful and thorough.

My only issues would be the amount of messages I got proceeding the appointment from various numbers, and the emails were not super clear, kept telling me that thier was paperwork to do but not giving me the ability to do it. All and all loved the service, maybe hire and IT person.‍♀️

Tiffany was amazing. I was very nervous going in for my first time but she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable, explaining what was going on, and chatting during the appointment so I didn't get too panicky. Way less intimidating than I thought it would be!
