Wow so quite a wonderful experience! I came in not knowing what to expect. I was welcomed so warmly ((: that was a great start. I have one other technician than the lovely Jayla who adopted me today >< and I haven’t seen her for over 3 months. Jayla was able to treat me super kind, shared with me her experience with providing the services of waxing sugaring and honestly super professional I’m very proud of her her clean work on me!!

Update since I got a response on google: the promo was booked in a timely manner 🙂 I am not just out of the blue redeeming 2 months later. 🙂

Apparently I was offered a promotion they are now claiming is now for new clients only however it was offered to me and was booked previously in November. I had to cancel due to having my period. Now that I am rebooking, they are now claiming it is only for new clients. If it is your staff’s fault for booking me, deal with them. But do not deny a service that was already supposedly to be rendered. And before you say we have polices, it doesn’t say on the email that it was just for new clients,it says “ *Limited to 1 promotional appointment per client. Offer valid only in the following FL locations:
Carrollwood; North Hyde Park. $10 deposit required at booking.”

please see attached photo. I know I am just another customer, you probably have thousands more. But please be fair. Just like in your previous reply to another customer. 🙂

And please have better trained call center people. Maybe someone who you can’t hear is obviously working from home.

Jayla is super!!! Ias apprehensive about waxing again after a bed experience elsewhere, and she made the whole experience fun and easy. We never stopped laughing and chatting the whole day time and she explained what she was doing before she did it. I ended up booking again with her and starting a membership!

My first wax experience with Jada was Amazing amazing amazing!! She is so professional and a sweetheart. The room was set up nicely and clean. Dont walk... run and make your appointment ASAP!
