Jazz was great. She let me know up front what to expect and it wasn’t terrible at all. Also my first time getting my under arms waxed and from a pain scale of 1 to 10, it was a 1. There was a few hairs left from my sugar Brazilian but only someone who actually exams would see them. Still a great service and it was quick. Will be returning

Went here for my first time getting waxed. Got my eyebrows and a Brazilian done. I got to tell you, it was my BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My esthetician was Lacey and she was amazing! Super professional and really comfortable, I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!!

Absolutely love Grace. Was a little nervous my first time but she was great at making sure I was comfortable or as comfortable as can be. The membership is definitely worth it. I love the text reminders and the quick responses when I have questions. Rooms are extremely clean. I would recommend.

This was a promo $20. My Tech was sweet but skill set was not good at all. Before I purchased this cream that was said to tame the pain 50-80%. It was 25 and it didn't work at all. I could finish getting the wax the technique was bad. This is my first and last time. Not to mention I had to come early to purchase the numbing cream. I waited for 15min and no one came out I had to call the 800 number. Like I said the tech was sweet but not enough experience for people's first time I want my money back. 45 total.. a waste..

First timer here and I was super impressed. Shoutout to Jadyn, she was friendly, professional, and put my mind at ease. It took maybe 15 minutes total and not as painful as expected. Will go back again when needed
