So, I tried Hello Sugar because I saw on FB a deal about the first time we tried, it's $20! Which was an awesome deal, so I signed up to try. I signed up and made my appointment which was super easy and flexible, I came to my appointment and I did let them know that this was my first time.

I met with my beauty tech who took me to the rooms, which I felts were so very plain, cold and not welcoming. She was nice but not warming? I'm not sure how to describe it but I did tell her it was my first time, it wasn't uncomfortable and it didn't hurt. When we were finished however she didn't say anything and I'm like, so what is the treatment after? And that's when she told me. So it was very fast, in and out. Just standard. When I got home, I checked and I still had a ton of hairs, to the point that the next day I still had to shave! So I asked friends who have done this before and they said that's not normal. So I felt very bummed and upset at this. Definitely would not return.

Excellent service. Great experience. Challenging short hair but Camille knew how to get those short hairs with the softer sugar wax. She did an excellent job. Pain level was higher than usual because I'm extra sensitive being pregnant, but lower than I had anticipated. I was very comfortable and will be joining their membership.

My experience was great .This was my first time and Miranda was knowledgeable , friendly and made me feel comfortable. I arrived a couple of minutes early and started as soon as my schedule time started and finished just in time for me to make it to work . She was very timely and diligent. The atmosphere was nice and serene. I ended up booking another appointment with her for this upcoming month . I left happy 🙂

It was my first time doing the Brazilian wax and Kai made my experience 10/10. She is amazing! She made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole experience, love it. Definitely recommend HER.

I had such a great experience for my sugaring appointment! The environment was clean and relaxing, and Camilla made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The sugaring method was gentle on my skin, and the results are amazing ,smooth and flawless! I’m definitely coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable waxing experience.

I highly recommend hello sugar! I just had my first appointment (Brazilian and under arms) with Ella at the Heights location and she was absolutely amazing! She is very sweet, welcoming, made me feel 100% comfortable, and the results are awesome! If you're thinking about doing it, you won't be disappointed!
