A positive first experience. As a lot of people have mentioned, this is a receptionist free establishment, but if you take the time to read the emails, you'll find that everything you need to know is there. My esthetician was destiny, who was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, informative and made sure I was comfortable for the duration of my services and took the time to explain the membership they offered. Although the membership offer wasn't fit for me It was nice of her to have offered it. I look forward to future visits. I highly recommend

I booked a Brazilian with Dani and all I can say is BOOK HER ? she was so calm and sweet even though I got lost outside and was a whole 25 minutes late for my appointment. She let me be her last client of the day which I really appreciated. Now as a pregnant woman that hasn’t been waxed in a hot minute I was pretty nervous but Dani was great at communicating with me and letting me go at my own pace. When I told her I needed to quit (not because it hurt just because I was too scared ?) she cleaned me up, finished my wax as a bikini instead of a Brazilian, and totally understood and hyped me up. I’m definitely gonna be a regular client of hers, she’s amazing

Mileichaly was amazing! She was so gentle, patient, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to my Brazilian wax. She was quick but it didn’t hurt at all! I’ve been getting Brazilians for a year now, but she is by far my favorite! It was my first time at Hello Sugar with her, and I can’t wait to go back. She’s definitely got a repeat customer out of me.

Signed me up for a “membership” in which she claimed I would be charged $7 and each time I came I would receive a discount. I specifically asked if there were additional charges, she said “no you’ll be charged next time you come for your wax” she then skipped over all the details on the tablet and had me sign. I was automatically billed $52. I called on cancel and be refunded. Next month… Again I was billed $52 when I made it abundantly clear I want nothing to do with this company. Over 10 years in sales, I detest a poor salesperson who lies to meet their goals.

I came here for the first time, I'm from NYC and was unable to wax before arriving to Orlando for my vacation. If you live in the area, lucky you! I'd love to come here as a regular. I had Dani, who was super friendly, helpful, comforting and sweet! 10/10 experience, I was more than satisfied. Best sugar wax I've gotten in a long while

I had a great experience here. It was my first time ever getting waxed and 10 outta 10 will do it again. My aesthetician was Alie, who is wonderful ?! She was cool, friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session. Her work was excellent and I loved the results. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
