I’ve been to Hello Sugar for quite some time now and have only gotten brazilian waxes done. Of all the technicians I’ve tried, my best experience so far has been with Bianca. She really takes the time to get every hair and is very detailed with her work. Initially, I had been doing wax and she introduced me to sugaring. She takes her time and even takes tweezers to pull out ingrowns and tiny hairs that didn’t get pulled with the wax/sugar. She thoroughly explained her recommendations and I will continue to see her. It was my first time with her but I highly recommend Bianca!

Valerie is amazing!! This is my second time going to her. She made my experience comfortable and quick. I now have the membership and will add this to my self care list. Had my brazilian with Bianca yesterday and the experience was everything to could’ve asked for! I went to the RO location and it took me a while to find the entrance, floor, and suite. I wish the directions were more clear because I appeared late to my appointment because of this. Luckily Bianca was still able to squeeze me in and I appreciated it more than she knows! She was super sweet and gentle. Very professional and did an amazing job. Definitely gained a forever client with me!

At first I was annoyed because I couldn’t find the place but checked my email and they provided detailed instruction on how to get to the suite. The sugar wax was new to me but the hair came off so quickly. Alizaye was amazing! Super friendly and she made sure to communicate the entire time! I will definitely be back ?

Hello, I was seen on the 3rd of September by Bianca and she was by far the most pleasant of the 3 visits I had with Hello Sugar. She was professional and provided excellent service and should be what all other employee should emulate. My only regret if I forgot where she said she works on Wednesdays.
