Izzy was awesome! She is friendly and gentle, and she put me right at ease at the start of our Brazilian appointment; which is a big deal. I joined the loyalty program which makes my future waxes $10 cheaper and includes some other perks that she explained to me that I can’t remember at the moment, but it’s worth it for sure. I’ll definitely recommend her my friends!

This was my first time going to Hello Sugar. I loved that they had plenty of available time slots and I didn't have to wait several days or weeks to get in. I even had to reschedule at one point and that was super easy and the staff was kind. I highly recommend Lexi!!! She was super kind , professional , quick and knew exactly what she was doing. She held a great conversation and made me feel at ease instead of awkward considering the situation lol. I highly recommend this place!!

I just had my first visit and this will absolutely not be my last. I had a Brazilian with Izzy and it was the best waxing experience I’ve had. I immediately felt comfortable and appreciated her talking me through everything step by step. Take advantage of their membership program as well! Never thought I’d say this; but can’t wait to go get waxed again.

My experience at Hello Sugar was great! My esthetician was Karel. She was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Finding the room is a little confusing. That is probably the only complaint I have. The place is very clean and smells good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lexi was amazing. This was my first experience with waxing and she was very attentive. She let me know the expectations and made me feel very comfortable. She did great work and explained proper aftercare! I will definitely be returning!

Tiki is amazing! She did my first Brazilian wax and made it so much easier. She was patient, efficient, and finished early. I also got my legs and armpits waxed with no issues. Her facials are also great for unwinding and falling asleep.
