This was my very first professional wax experience and Mysti made it truly the smoothest ever. She kept me distracted with conversation the entire time while also talking me through the process. She also gave me great take home advice to help with my dark spots and ingrown hair issues I was having in my most intimate areas. At no point did I feel forced to buy anything nor did she seem like she was desperate for a sale while showing me the products I could purchase to help my skin. I felt comfortable and welcomed the entire time. Even safe because it was only her and I in the building at the time of my appointment and she kept the front door locked the entire time while we were in the back so no one could just walk in. (We have a lot of homeless people in this area) the scheduling process is also the easiest ever. She automatically scheduled my next appointment for me and I even got a follow up text checking on me days after the appointment. I would recommend this beautiful, stylish wax place to all the ladies. Definitely a vibe in there!

After a few visits here, I already love this place. Adorable little waxing studio where the staff is always warm and welcoming. Their location is easy to get to and in and out of since there's always a parking spot directly in front. Carli is the absolute best and makes the entire experience calming and quick, and as pleasant as the experience can be! The attention to detail is also very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place, especially over any of the "big box store" waxing places. They also have a great variety of body-safe scrubs and moisturizing masks/oils/etc for post-wax care.

I got my very first wax from Mysti and i couldn’t have had a better experience. She was very sweet and talked me the whole way through the wax. She definitely eased my nerves and made it go by so fast. She was very informative about what to expect and I cannot wait to go through this waxing journey with her! 10/10 I will keep going here!!

I’ve had many waxes in the past but Brooke was by far the best yet. It wasn’t pain free but I can honestly say it was 10x less painful than any previous wax I’ve had done before! A Brazilian is (for me) always an awkward experience, not to mention I’m also 37 wks pregnant. Brooke made me feel so comfortable! I’ll definitely be back!

I accidentally went to the wrong location and was they were so quick to accommodate me and were so understanding! Alondra did an amazing job, it was my first time getting waxed and I was very nervous but she walked me through the whole thing and was super comforting!
