The view was beautiful, but when it came to billing, they tried to force me to give a $50 tip on top of the $200 that I was already paying. I tried telling them multiple times that I only wanted to leave a $20 tip and they kept saying no. I didn’t have a choice I felt like I had to leave more because they had my card in their hand. When I would put $20 and press go they would cancel it and tell me to put more tip. VERY RUDE. Massage was average. (Coming from Kamaʻāina)

Made a reservation for 7 people right after the Honolulu Marathon for the next day. There were a lot of availabilities when we called. The building has a large parking structure that is just $2 to park in.
We got Thai and deep tissue massages. Our masseuses were all very friendly and professional and skilled. There are 2 massage beds to one room, so if you come with your friend you can get massages next to each other. At the end we got some water and hot tea. There is a really nice view since we are on the 38th floor! All the masseuses we had spoke Mandarin or Thai.
At the end when you pay, you can pay with cash or card. For card there is a transaction fee and you will be presented with the option to tip so be ready for that since the options are decently large.

We did the couples massage 90min with Mila and Lucy. My 2nd massage experience, my husband's 1st. This was our first time at Pin Thai massage and it was Absolutely AMAZING!! Staff was Super friendly and Very professional! We will definitely go back there for our next stress relief session. Can't recommend enough!!

I just had a massage by Mila and, without a doubt, I can say it is the best massage I have ever had! I got off a long flight and was very sore and the deep tissue massage was next level amazing! The atmosphere is super clean and relaxing and everybody was friendly form the moment you walk in. I will be coming back very soon!

Went today around sunset. The view is amazing, the feel of comfort and peace you feel when you walk through the door is like a piece of heaven here on earth. Lin and Amy are so welcoming and easy to be around I'm a person who is uncomfortable around people always even people I have know for a long time so being able to say that was not the case for these two wonderful lady's is huge. Now the massage it's self was worth every penny and then some. This is a place that we will be going too often. They do not disappoint they exceed any expectations and I love this place.

The massage was good but they were rude when we were paying. She was definitely putting pressure on us to tip higher, saying repeatedly things like “oh very good massage right?” And was hovering very close while we were selecting the amount to tip. After paying a custom tip amount (about 22%), it was clear she was trying to figure out just how much we had tipped, saying “how much tip?”, then walking off leaving without saying thank you or anything. The whole interaction just created a very weird and awkward vibe that made us feel uncomfortable after what was a pretty great massage overall.

Highly recommand this place!!! My boyfriend and I had a 90 minutes body massage, the people here are very professional, the environment is so clean, view is perfect, and have lilies in every room which smells good. Everything is SANITIZED. This is the best massage experience I have ever had overall. I love this place! After all the fun activities you have done on the island, this is the place to make you relax and get away from all the tiredness.

It was an amazing massage. Lily was professional and so nice.
She helped with my limitations after a surgery. Highly recommend.
