I had high hopes for this establishment. The reviews were great, I was finally popping my hair removal cherry and I was very excited. I specifically booked with Daijah as she has raving reviews. I thought she would for sure make my experience a great one...

When I walked in, I didn't receive a warm welcome. The energy of the place was cold to say the least.
A beautiful young woman sat at the desk and greeted me. I let her know my name and that I was there for my appointment. She asked if I had to use the ladies room and I declined. She walked back and said my tech would be right with me...
another beautiful lady came out, super full and kind energy and introduced herself. After speaking back, I hesitantly mentioned that I booked with Daijah but if she isn't here or available that's totally fine. The lady came off so sweet I almost felt bad for mentioning that. Nevertheless she told me she would check and headed to the back..

To my surprise the same woman who checked me in was in fact Daijah. She came out with a dull and uninviting energy and told me to come to the back. Immediately I was taken aback as she had to have seen that the booking was for her and it instantly made me feel as if I was a burden and I questioned if I made the right choice. Rather than allowing that to set the tone for the entire appointment, I shook it off as I was still so eager to be there and to get this service.

In short, the energy was distant, unengaged, as if she would rather be anywhere else. Her tone of voice flat and monotone. It was as if she was physically present but mentally not. It was impersonal, I don't feel as ease. As a first time experience it was not ideal for me personally. While I'm sure she's an amazing person, solely speaking on my professional experience it was not it.

Additionally, I feel like I could’ve benefited from a clean up after the initial sugaring as some spots were missed.

I personally won't be returning to this location specifically but I do look to receive the service again.

I had a lash lift and tint with Daijah and it was such a great experience. She was so nice to talk to you gave me great education on coming back for a bikini wax after I mentioned I was interested for the future. I love the way my eyelashes look and can’t wait to come back!

Went here since my typical waxer was unavailable and Haley was an angel!! She was so kind and personable! We chatted and laughed the whole time. She made me feel very comfortable! Definitely book with Haley ! I’d come back to her again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with her about traveling and she is extremely professional at her job. I was so delighted to find someone to provide my Brazilian wax services within 10 minutes of my residence. I know that I will be recommending her to others and that I will be returning.
