I picked this place because of its amazing reviews, so it is just as disappointing for me to be writing this review. I went with the intention of getting a lash lift and tint. The woman who did my procedure was nice, but I could tell English wasn't the first language, which usually is never a problem, the only disadvantage is the difficulty with communicating. I was never asked what type of curl I was going for or what colour tint I wanted, just lay down and close your eyes. When it was finished I was just happy for it to be over, I did not realize it would take an hour, which is fine just unexpected. At one point it felt like some solution got into my eye and I experienced a burning feeling, I didn't say anything, I should have, but I just let it burn until it went away. The colour was nice at the end but the curl was extremely subtle, not like what I was expecting. Now it's been a few days and I noticed that on one eye the lashes are curling and becoming kinky at the tip, they really look and feel quite awful. I believe this to be due to over processing and I'm not sure it can be fixed besides with time and letting them fall and grow back out. This is really sad for me because I have been working on growing my lashes. Im attaching pictures below of both the over processed ones as well as the normal side.

Great overall experience. Everyone was very nice and explained in detail about having my eye brows micro bladed. Maya was highly knowledgeable and spent lots of time making sure they were perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time trying Sugarlime and will definitely be coming back!
Bella made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She is very detail oriented which is something I hadn’t experienced with other wax specialists I’ve tried.
Realized they offered half off for first time clients for the service that I had but paid a bit more since I got the groupon price honored there but still very satisfied with the way everything turned out.

From walking in the energy and ambience were calming. The waiting room smelled amazing and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
