My first impression of the Waxing Studio was so wonderful! I’m an RN who works 4 jobs, and it is usually so difficult for me to schedule ahead. I called to see if they had any immediate availability. Whitney was super patient on the phone, trying to find a time to accommodate me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a time to fit my needs, but she was kind enough to put me on a cancellation list. Within an hour, Whitney called to offer a cancellation time. Again, I was unable to accept. I was later able to move my schedule around, called Whitney back, and she was so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. We were able to successfully set an appointment! While I was super embarrassed and felt guilty about all of the back and forth, Whitney never made me feel like I was a bother. She had the same kindness and patience with each interaction.

My appointment was a great experience, too! Trish was patient and professional! She walked me through the process and never made me feel uncomfortable. She ensured I was comfortable with proceeding each step of the way. You can tell Trish cares about her clients and profession for all the right
reasons.

The studio was clean and simple, but chicly decorated. I felt the prices were very reasonable, especially for the amazing service provided! If you haven’t been here yet, what are you waiting for?!

Came in during my lunch break to get those pesky nose hairs waxed, they were driving me crazy at work today. Trish took me right back and was easily sociable and professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service! They even have a rewards program.

Trish was incredible. I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years now and this was hands down the best experience (by far). Trish is easy to talk to, nice and very knowledgeable. She took the time to go through everything she was going to do and also look for the best way to approach my hair type, growth and skin sensitivity. I can’t wait to go back and I cannot recommend The Waxing Studio enough.

I have been going to Trish for about 6 months, and I could not be more pleased with my choice. About a year ago I moved to the area, and I was hopping from place to place trying to find someone who had the same objective with my beauty care as I did. I explained to her how one place made my eyebrows too thin, and I was trying to grow them back into the shape I desired. She not only spent the time explaining what we needed to do, but also explained how long it would take to grow back and how to make the growth look less awkward. She was also the first Brazilian I had in Pensacola that I didn't want to cry in pain during it. She even has disposable underwear so you can feel comfortable and covered. Trish is friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about waxing. As a military spouse, it is hard to find someone you trust with your eyebrows and a Brazilian. Trish exceeded my expectations and if I am ever in the area, I will make a point to stop by and get my waxing done with her!

Today was my first visit to the Waxing Studio and it was amazing from start to finish. First, the receptionist was amazing helping to squeeze me in for a same day appointment and physically, the location matches the pictures online. I was very weary about where to go to receive my waxing, but the clean, soothing and minimal environment in the pictures won me over. I was so happy to see the studio looked the exact same or even better.

Trish performed my Brazilian and she was so patient, explained every step to me and made the process fly by. She kept me engaged in conversation to calm my nerves and continued to reassure me throughout the appointment. She was knowledgeable, washed her hands before and after the visit, used disposable tools and was very sanitary... which is exactly what I was looking for. She also did not try to push products down my throat or force me to purchase anything and suggested low cost products I could use that would maintain the amazing job she did.

Overall, my experience was wonderful... I will continue to visit them monthly and am probably going to book a facial in the very near future and look at what products they offer.

I went on my lunch break and was in and out in under 20 minutes... which was valuable to me as someone with a busy schedule. They greeted their regular customers by name and you could tell it was a welcoming environment.

10/10 would recommend. Go see Trish!!!!

Trish is amazing. I was so nervous not because I've had bad experience in the past and i haven't been since almost 3-4 months due to health issues. But she made me feel so much better and i thought i was going to be screaming and it wasn't even painful AT ALL. I was talking to Trish about my profession as well and she was so kind and willing to help.I def will be making my routine visits. Thank you so much Trish.

So let me tell you how Trish is AMAZING!! First, she was able to get me in last minute and when i wasn't able to answer the phone to confirm my appointment . She text me to let me know i could still come in and get my eyebrows done. I arrived for the appointment and was a little nervous due to this being my first time utilizing her services and she completely put me at ease. She took her time! Which i appreciated because who really wants to be rushed through there appointment! Her studio is so relaxing and the appointment was fabulous from start to finish. She even showed me how to color in my brows for a fuller look and how often i should return to maintain my look. She's very knowledgeable and well versed in all of the services she offers and if i could give her 1,000 stars i would. She definitely has gained me as a customer.
