Today I called inquiring about a Wax position but then the call was disconnected, at least that’s what I thought. I called back again and the same person answered very rudely “HELLO”! I then engaged, “Hi I’m sorry I think we somehow got disconnected, I was calling to see are you guys hi….I Couldn’t even get it out all the way because she hung up AGAIN! I would definitely recommend “Retraining”. Hopefully she was just having a bad day!

This is by far, the best place to get a wax. I got a Brazilian wax by Shelby, and she was outstanding. I have not gotten a wax in a long time, and she walked me through each step and made me feel comfortable. She is a great conversationalist as well. By the time she was done, I had forgotten what I was there for! As soon as you walk through the door, you feel right at home. I already set my appointment for next month!

I’ve been to other waxing places and let’s just say, Vanity Wax Room set the standard for me. They’re always clean, organized, and friendly! Rachel is my go to person but everyone there is superb. Everyone who works there stays there and that says a lot about a business. Even though I have moved an hour away, I’ll still make the drive there. Other places just don’t cut it.

Nikki B. is my gal and I trust her to provide the best waxing experience I’ve ever had every time. She is so great about making you feel welcomed and comfortable while providing gentle and thorough care. She will also make helpful recommendations for products and after-care tips. Amazing Waxing boutique from the atmosphere to the people who work there. As well as every customer seems to have a smile on their face when they leave. As well as when they enter Nikki is the best. I literally moved away from forth and still drive 2 hours to get waxed by Nikki.

I called this afternoon because I wasn't sure which service to select when booking online. I wanted an eye brow wax, but I also wanted to get a professional opinion on how to go about "fixing" my brows. I spoke to the receptionist to get some feedback, and she was so pleasant and so helpful. She recommended that I go with service Brow II. I asked if there was any availability for today and mind you it was already after 1pm, I mentioned interest to see Austyn she said she had open slot at 1:35, I said I'll take it. Once I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness of boutique. Since it was my first time, I did have to complete a quick form but super easy. Austyn came out and greeted me and asked if I was ready. We walked back to the room, and she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Austyn was professional and informative. I appreciate her taking her time and showing me how to fill in my brows. This, by far, was the best wax experience I have ever had. Thank you so much, Austyn and I look forward to my next visit.
