Jade is the best! She is very meticulous and experienced. Her salon space is clean, comfortable, and professional. I’ve had lash lifts at a few other places before my visit to Wax Appeal, but I’ll be going back to her from now on.

If I could give more than 1 review to bump the overall 4.9 to a 5 star rating I would! Lia did an amazing job!! I got my first ever brow lami/wax and lash lift & wanted to try something new, it was THE best experience. Prices are well worth it. My eyelashes naturally stick straight out, no curl at all. But look at these!!! And those brows!!! Obsessed ? def coming back and referring everyone!

Jade is the absolute BEST!! I have been looking for my go to person for my brows for years. I came across her on Yelp and saw all the amazing reviews and decided to give her a try. Her space is clean and super comfortable! The service she provides is phenomenal and she goes the extra mile to make sure she is meeting your needs. One word - wow! Jade was super friendly and provided a wonderful experience. I have never gotten my lashes or eyebrows done on the island, so I was very iffy about who to trust regarding both my brows and lashes. However, after some research, I found Wax Appeal Hawaii, and I do not regret booking my appointment with Jade. From the beginning, Jade was very kind and welcoming. We spent the whole two hours and a half talking and laughing. While we talked, Jade worked her magic, and let me tell you I was very impressed. My brows were shaped flawlessly and my lashes were lifted perfectly. After getting my brows and lashes done, Jade explained carefully the proper procedure to care for both brows and lashes. After such a wonderful experience, I know I intend to go back.

I've been going to Wax Appeal Hawaii since Jade first started her business and love the quality of service she provides! I've done brow waxing, brow laminations, and lash lifts! I was also visiting her daughter Lia at the time, doing my best to support both of their businesses, until Lia left for new ventures elsewhere. Both Lia and Jade are very kind and professional and always takes care of me! I appreciate the conditioners they always provide when I book a lamination or lift. Most places don't really do that. Prices are also fair compared to others that are a bit more expensive. You can bet if you book with Wax Appeal Hawaii that you will be taken care of and you will leave happy and wanting to come back!

I'm super happy that I found this place online. My regular eyebrow lady moved off island and I was worried I'd never find anyone as awesome as her. Jade is just as talented and incredibly kind & welcoming. Her set up is in a studio in front of her house with its own bathroom. Always very clean and she has music playing in the background. I get brow laminations and wax done and my eyebrows look even better than they used to! She listened to what I wanted and gave me tips on how to care/shape my brows after. Make sure to reserve a spot ahead of time because she's pretty popular!
