Not only is Waxwell a stunning and inclusive space, but the careful professionalism and attention to detail shown by Genevieve during my brow lamination was second to none! Katherine and her team made me feel so welcome, and they have gone above and beyond to make their services accessible to everyone, with a full suite of services available for both men and women. The space when you walk in is beautiful and clean looking, it was originally what attracted me to book here . The rooms not so much. I went In for a bikini wax, and it was okay i guess, not the best and not the worst, overall felt rushed but i guess that’s kinda what they are going for to get it done and over with. I will be looking for another waxing studio moving forward mainly due to the cleanliness of the room and stations. The lash/brow carts were filthy, nothing had been cleaned and the waxing area wasn’t much better. These areas should be spotless when dealing with personal services when you are touching people’s faces and bodies with these tools and products.
Not one to give negative feedback, but i felt these areas could use a lot of improvement for being a place that advertises being higher end.

Waxwell is an amazing studio. I even moved and have quite the drive now but its still easily worth it. I would also recommend visiting Alyssa D. Every tech has subtle differences about how they approach their work but with Alyssa, those differences are a big deal. She is incredible and worth the visit.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, and their customer service is top notch! I loved my service with Alyssa, she was professional and helpful, and I was so relaxed the entire time. I decided I wanted to adjust the shape of my brows slightly, and she got me right back in for a quick reshape and I absolutely love how they turned out ! I definitely recommend checking it out 🙂

First of all what a BEAUTIFUL studio!! The ambiance and expertise from the team for my first time experience of getting my brows laminated was amazing! I will be going back on a regular basis for general upkeep and treating myself. I highly recommend!

What a stunning studio! I went in for my first ever brow lamination (we did a brow tint and brow wax too) and I'm obsessed with the look! The space is gorgeous, the staff is kind and knowledgable, and this is such a young businesses in Calgary I cannot wait to see it continue to thrive!
