I’ve been getting waxed by Joletta here for about 3 years now and she’s the absolute best. I have very sensitive skin that is prone to irritation, but I’ve never had issues with that since coming here. Between Joletta’s technique and the quality of the wax this place uses, I’ve always had great results!

I wasn't sure I even wanted to wax again! I found this place doing a Google search. I went to a location across from the Waxxpot and had a very bad experience. I've had waxes before.. no problem. The session was too quick and it wasn't comfortable. I got lots of ingrown hairs from that place so I was trying to decide if I wanted to try it myself or look for another place. Joletta at the WAxxpot was very knowledgeable. She told me about the ingredients in the wax, the procedure, how she was going to execute the procedure and how to care for after the procedure. She was as gentle as she could be. She informed me how long she has been doing this trade and how she is constantly learning and getting better at this. I didn't get any ingrown hairs. I will make this my go to location and I will request her again.

Joletta is the absolute best! She is personable and kind, and really just feels like a friend. She is careful and gentle. At times, I’ve had to see others due to scheduling, but they never compare to Joletta. I will do anything I can to ensure I have an appointment with her. I’ve only had great experiences here!

As someone who used to go to EWC, Waxxpot prices are way better. Overall, my experience was great! The faculty was super please and high end. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. My waxer, Lauren, was super sweet and made me feel comfortable. She was thorough and fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Price was great, wax was perfect, and loved the place!
