The women there are so sweet and great with kids. My youngest got her first haircut there today and the woman who did it was absolutely great with her and patient. While my oldest got her haircut in another chair and she has curly hair it's very hard to find someone who knows how to cut her hair and we absolutely love both cuts! Definitely will use again

I had a great experience here. My hairstyle isn't super complicated, but was nervous since I have fine hair and seen some concerning reviews. But I am so happy with how my haircut turned out. I really needed one and needed it on a weekend. I was able to walk in and get taken care of. It was super afforable and had no concerns through the process. It looked super even and nothing out of place. So happy with my experience!

Asked for an inch cut & as many layers as possible as long as I could pull it back. It was cut with this weird tool thing, not scissors. Took like 8 minutes. My hair looks so butchered now. I haven't had it cut in over 2 years. This is why. Usually they divide/separate the hair, then use scissors to do each layer. Thought maybe the lady had a different approach & knew what she was doing. Really upset, but guess it's my fault.

Les comento , soy nuevo viviendo en abilene ,la atención excelente pero a la hora del pagar inicialmente me dicen que 23 dólares por mi hijo de 11 años y 25 por mi hijo de 16 años , hasta allí todo bien , pero a la hora de pagar me dicen que por hijo menor 25 dólares y por el mayor 27 dólares , todo lo contrario a lo que inicialmente me habían dicho !

Had a haircut and eyebrow wax yesterday. When the girl waxed my brows I started to worry because she kept rubbing under my eyebrow to get the wax off. It hurt so bad. When she stopped I think she realized she had rubbed my skin off and that the wax had actually burned my skin. She gave me a smear Neosporin and was ready to be paid. The next morning I have two raw wounds on both areas under my eyebrows. I am praying I do not scar from this. It hurts insanely bad. I am honestly speechless. DO NOT GET YOUR brows waxed here ever unless you want to experience your skin being rubbed off and pain that doesn’t stop. I wax my brows all the time and do not have sensitive skin.

I never take the time to post any reviews, but my excitement to have found a phenomenal hair salon and just as phenomenal ladies that take the time to make sure you feel like a million bucks walking out of there led me to do it. I walked in with my daughter thinking they would have to chop her hair off after it had been butchered by another hair stylist, ( not from this salon, may I add). But they made me feel confident and trusting in them to fix it. I could not have been more happy with the end result. I only wish I could have found this place sooner. Paige, you truly are a "hair" saver! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you outdid yourself. I have found our new hair stylist.

I have been getting my hair cut here for approximately 2 years. In that time, I have used whichever stylist is available due to the fact that I rarely know exactly when I can get in for a cut until the last minute (we were living an hour away from Abilene.....we now live in Helotes). I have had cuts by 5 different stylists. Paige, Christa, Tina, and Kay have all cut my hair numerous times, and I have never had a bad experience with any of them; they do a fantastic job, and I can sit in their chairs confidently! The one and only time I had a bad cut was a time a new stylist had started. I have fine hair and a lot of it; the cut was awful, but I wasn't aware until I arrived home. I called the very next day, and they told me to come in immediately. Christa is the owner(?)/manager. She took pictures, and Tina did a great job getting it presentable (As per their store policy, I wasn't charged for that visit, of course)! It took another 3 cuts before my layers were completely back to normal, but all 4 of the stylists that worked with me were aware of what had happened and what look I was trying to achieve. They did an amazing job in getting me back to "normal. " I am not upset that I received a bad cut. Everyone has a bad day. What is incredible is the fact that I have been so many times, and I have used Christa, Tina, Kay, and Paige for all that time with absolutely no problems! Thank goodness we still have relatives in the area; I have no intention of going anywhere else regardless of where we live.... even 3 hours away!

Horrible place. They messed up my 12 year old daughters hair. Her hair is way uneven. This is the work of 2 different workers. We will get it fixed somewhere else. She won't like it because she doesn't like short hair, but at least it will be even. Her hair was long before they did this.
