I hate to write this review because as sweet as Wursula is, this business is extremely unprofessional. I purchased a session of 8 laser sessions on Groupon. I canceled once and understood that subtracts a session, which was okay. The next two times, she canceled on me. One time she never confirmed a time and the other time she didn’t tell me she wasn’t working that day after we set an appointment. Even after apologizing the time I showed up to a confirmed appointment when she wasn’t there, and her saying it wouldn’t count as a lost appointment, she continued to bring it up as one after. I called her today to confirm my appointment and inquire about later availability. When she said my slot was the only opening, I assured her I would be there. Minutes before I arrive she says she can’t take me and has another client, and “it’s not good for me to always cancel”. I NEVER CANCELED AND JUST CONFIRMED TO HER I WAS ON MY WAY. The amount of time and money I’ve lost to get to her just to be turned away with an existing appointment is ridiculous. I have remaining sessions, but will not be returning. I really wish I could get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I have never left a review in my life, but this place was so bad that I couldn’t warn other people but to go here. The lady placed one strip of wax on me, and placed it in the wrong direction. At this point I told her I wanted to leave, to which she continued to place wax one me. I kept trying to get her to stop and she just wouldn’t. I ended up just getting up with wax still on me. On top of everything she wanted full payment for a service I didn’t receive.

Wursula is the best in Astoria for a Brazilian! She goes quickly to minimize the pain and even tweezed any stray hairs after! Best value, best experience!
