If I could give more than 5 stars to Cassandra I would!!! Every time I get brows done they are perfect. Not only is she good at her job but she has the sweetest heart as well. She loves her customers and it shows! I look forward every time to going in to get my brows done from her and I leave with perfect brows! I recommend her SO MUCH!! You will not be disappointed!

Friendly, quick service for sure! But when I went for a versa spa spray tan, I hoped for a tan that would last more than 24 hours! I waited 24 hours to go in the pool and was left with almost no tan at all.

The technician was friendly. And unfortunately that's the best thing I can say about my recent eyebrow waxing. I left there with stinging eyes and by morning I had scabs not on my brow bone but on my eye lids. She had taken the wax down to the middle of the delicate skin on my lids. It took nearly a week to heal.

I love The Wax Factory and Cassie!! I was very nervous and uncomfortable the first time I went. Cassie put me at ease right away! She was so nice, we talked about all sorts of stuff that distracted me from being nervous. Now I've been going to her for over a year!! All the staff there are wonderful, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had an eyebrow wax here a while back. I wasn't feeling well and was quiet during the waxing. At the end she showed me what she had done and I wanted to cry but held it in and just nodded. It was the exact opposite of the thick contoured eyebrows I'd asked for, but I figured, well I can fill it in and it will grow back. I didn't want to hurt her feelings. When I checked out, I found out that they'd raised the prices from $12 to $15. It felt like adding insult to injury and in a calm voice I said I didn't think they should raise the prices. I did not leave a tip. Today, I figured I'd give them another try, and went in knowing the price would be $15, To my surprise they blocked me from booking. They said I was rude to the front desk and waxer. I'm not sure what the waxer said to them, but I feel like if someone is unhappy with service, a business should try to make it right instead of just saying "well, we don't need you as a customer." - Anyone reading the company's response below should look at all the responses to 1 star reviews where they tend to try and diminish the customer's review. It just reinforces my statement above that f you're happy there they love you, but if you have a bad experience just don't come back. I guess it's a good business strategy. There was no scene made. I said something along the lines of I didn't realize the price had changed and that was more than I was expecting and hesitated to respond when they asked how much I wanted to tip. They said I could choose not to leave a tip and I said ok then. I did not demean staff or call them names or yell or anything that would be called a scene. I know this because I've never behaved like that as a customer anywhere. I'm not sure if the story about the waiting customer is true or embellishment to make it seem like my 1-star review is invalid somehow. But maybe seeing someone decide not to tip made a generous patron want to make up for it in a grand way.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been a client for the past 4 years, I come in once a month to get my waxes. I love it. The staff is amazing, always makes me feel welcome, when I’m down, they always seem to change that by the time I leave, I feel like I get two services in one. Therapy and a great wax. Cassie, is my go to, and I appreciate the excellent service she provides and she does an amazing job every time. Al, is the kindest first face I see when I walk in, her sense of humor is so infectious..
These ladies work hard, and always engage so well with their customers. I’m honestly surprised with the other not so great reviews..

Very disappointed in our experience today. We were told in the past to book two eyebrow waxes during one time slot, because they would have plenty of time to finish both. I booked two time slots one at 5:20 and one at 5:30 today because there were three of us my mom, teenage daughter and myself all needing an eyebrow wax. By their recommendation they would have 20 minutes to complete all three waxes and should have had at least 5 minutes extra. We were aware of the traffic delays on west Harmony and were coming from NE Fort Collins. We were not aware of the standstill on I 25 and had to weave through back roads to get to our appointment. When I realized we would arrive late I called right away. They told me that they would not be able to accommodate all of us. We arrived at 5:24 for a 5:20 appointment but had also booked a 5:30 slot. After they completed one wax by 5:29 I asked if we could still get one more person in since it was not yet 5:30. We were told that the person was already there for the next appointment (5:40) and they would have to move on to them, even though we had the 5:30 slot already reserved. We were told there was a sign on the door stating only one appointment per time slot, however there was no information on the website stating this change. We were also told that their goal was to get people in and out as quickly as possible…because the next person was there they were automatically given our assigned time slot. Horrible communication and service. Very short and rude responses. They have lost our business.
